Write as much or as little as you like. If it helps, here are three sizes of first step, ordered by how much they ask of you.

  • Ask a technical question. Call factors, stockpile carrying value, variance allocation back to ore sources, roster rules: whatever you are actually stuck on. It is how the reconciliation articles already end.
  • Book a walkthrough. Thirty minutes on a screen share, run by the person who built the thing you want to see. No qualification call in front of it.
  • Send us your data. Last month's reconciliation workbook, a roster file, or the reporting pack that goes to head office. We will read it and tell you what we would do with it.

What happens next

Nobody sends an unfamiliar vendor their month-end workbook casually. Here is what a first conversation actually involves.

  1. A person reads it, not a queue

Four people work here, and the one who replies is the one who would run the project. No sales development rep in front of them.

  2. A 30-minute scoping call

With the person who would do the work. We ask what your month end looks like now: which spreadsheets, which departments, where it breaks, and who chases it.

  3. A written proposal

Scope, sequence, what we would need from you, and what it costs. In writing, so you can forward it to the people who have to approve it. The consultation before it costs nothing.
